We offer group and personal fitness treigning in our facility or on-location through our mobile division.
Our group treigning classes range in size from very small groups (2-4 people), to large teams. We can accommodate your needs. Individuals can join one of our posted class sessions or contact us for private group treigning opportunities.
We evaluate your current fitness level and work one-on-one with you to reach your goals. Talk to us about what you want to accomplish and we will help you understand your fitness and nutritional needs and guide you through a program to reach those goals.
Can't come to us? We can come to you. We offer all of our services on-location. Whether personal treigning or team treigning sessions are needed, please contact us and let's discuss how we can accommodate you.

With 45-60 minutes focused on work load and a challenging pace to maximize muscle strength and results. Modifiable to all ages to improve overall fitness and cardiovascular health.
This class is built for your inner gladiator, athlete, and competitor. Designed to challenge and motivate you to unleash your beast with a full body strength and conditioning session for 60 minutes. A balanced mixture of equipment utilizing barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and more! Test your limits in a healthy environment with coaches helping you reach your 110% effort mentally and physically.
Classes are designed to develop core muscles (muscles surrounding the spine). They involve performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, back and gluteal muscles in an effort to promote a more stable and balanced body while challenging your cardiovascular at a high intensity pace for a 35-45 minute sweat fest.
Power classes are designed to develop full body strength and explosive power. By combining high strength exercises and high speed exercises the goal is to increase the body's overall ability to apply force and power.
Speed and Agility classes use dynamic exercises directed at creating explosive movements that improve quickness, balance and coordination. The goal is to maximize speed while developing all-around athleticism. Available for all ages.
